Please read the product instructions and ensure that the product registration card has been endorsed by the dealer to validate the warranty.
To benefit from the extended warranty on the movement and our lifetime product support service, please register your purchase on line or attach the correct postage stamp to the product registration card and sent it to our sales department.

Product Warranty
Comitti products have an unqualified guarantee against defective workmanship or materials for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
This guarantee does not affect any statutory rights which you may have, but is additional thereto. It does not cover any damage due to negligence, mishandling or attempted repair by anyone other than Comitti or our appointed representatives.
Please consult our service department or your local retailer before returning fauilty or damaged goods. It is recommended that the product packaging is retained for at least the warranty period.
An additional 12 months warranty against mechanical failure is offered to customers who complete and register on-line or return by post the registration card endorsed by the supplier.
Lifetime Support Service
Within the United Kingdom we offer customers a lifetime product support service if the product registration card is returned by post or registered online. This includes maintaining a service history and automatic notification at 5 year intervals for mechanical movement cleaning and maintenance.
Antique Restoration Service
Comitti's unique history means that we continue to provide a service to customers that enjoy our products as valuable antiques.
Today we offer guidance and restoration services for all fine quality clocks and barometers. For customer outside the United Kingdom we can recommend local specialists in this field.
